Volunteer Executive Board & Volunteer Coordinators

President : Presides over the club; acts as liaison with other organizations and the community; acts as a liaison between the local MOMS Club® and the MOMS Club® Corporation. 


Membership Vice President: Promotes membership in the group; publicizes the MOMS Club® of Bend within the community, and coordinates such publicity with the President who is the Club's liaison within the community, sends out monthly evites, updates member roster and mails out information to the public and members as needed

Andrea Bucher term ending March 31st 2026 Laura Myers term starting April 1st 2026
Treasurer: Responsible for all funds of the club; deposits all such funds in the name of the club in the bank; maintains financial records, keeping all records available to be reviewed by all MOMS Club® of Bend members; receives and disperses funds as directed by the Executive Board, and gives proper vouchers and receipts for any transactions; and prepares any financial reports as may be required by the Executive Board or the MOMS Club® organization. 

The Executive Board cannot run the club alone. We have many Committee Leaders who help organize the special interest groups and other aspects of the MOMS Club® of Bend. These are volunteer positions. (Volunteers will be expected to serve for a full term June 1st till the following year.)


Field Trip Coordinator: Organizes and schedules monthly activities. 


Heart to Heart Coordinator: Arranges help and meals for moms in need (i.e. birth of a child, illness or death in the family, or a spouse on military duty).


Mom's Night Out Coordinator: Arranges a super fun monthly night out just for the Moms.


Newsletter Coordinator: Creates our newsletter which is distributed monthly with a calendar of activities, updates, and other general information.


Party Coordinator: Arranges our holiday themed family parties. 


Weekly Playgroup Coordinator: Responsible for organizing and communicating with the weekday All Ages Playgroup


Baby Playgroup Coordinator: Responsible for organizing and communicating with the Baby Playgroup (geared for ages 0-18 mos.)


Community Coordinator: Connects MOMS Club with local charities and non-profits. Organizes monthly (or quarterly) drives the club incorporates into the monthly meet ups (e.g. winter coat drives, canned goods, diaper drives etc.)

 
Social Media Coordinators: Posts holiday greetings, weekly conversation starters, new member introductions, and event reminders on the Moms Club of Bend Facebook page and Bend Moms Club Instagram account.


Book Club Coordinator: Plan quarterly book club meetups. 


Walking Club Coordinator: Plan walking meetups bi-weekly or weekly during warmer weather seasons.
